Our client designs, manufactures and installs aluminium windows and curtain walling. Estimating jobs for tenders is the first stage and then having won a contract, more detailed design is required, using AutoCAD, as well as specialist software such as Schucal and ReynaPro. We recruited a young, bright, and energetic candidate in our office in Skopje.

She is a university graduate and qualified Architect in North Macedonia. She reports directly to the director of our client who provided training for estimating work and she also now deals with detailed design work using specialist software. She joined us in 2016 and is approaching her 5th anniversary with GSI. We are advised that the equivalent salary in UK would be significantly more for a direct employee by a multiple of two to three.
